I honestly do it out of habit. It helps that I mostly use AI for creative tasks already to help with session prep for D&D. Whether it's tweaking puzzles, creating NPC art, or whatever, it's easier for me to describe the changes I want conversationally, and it's seemed to give me better results. This is a good explanation for why that works.
