Sorry, I don't know much about how the ai image generation algorithm works, but is it really stealing art? it's fed millions of art pieces that "inspire" it. it's not like it actually traces or copies art pieces one to one. If it is stealing, would redraws of the ai image be stealing art too? I generally do not like the term "stealing" when referencing how humans tend to build upon each other in art, music, science, etc. but I guess it's different for lifeless algorithms?
