Only if you fail to tax robot labour, and get serious about corporations paying sufficient taxes to fund the government.
That would allow you to introduce fully funded free universal healthcare and also Basic Universal Income. Putting healthcare Insurance companies out of business not only saves huge money, but the power of the single-payer allows it to reject all but the most equitable fees for services - driving down prices sharply. Huge administration costs are eliminated, too.
Doing this would lower the cost of healthcare by at least 66% and maybe more. At which point, your country could rightly claim to have joined the future, where people matter most, and corporations pay a lot of tax.
