The biggest takeaway I believe is the concept that everyone will be in an algorithm bubble, and no bubbles will ever touch... Already bad enough, and I find it shocking how little, how shallow so many peoples basic knowledge is, and everything is "I'll just Google it"... Where Google feeds you what it wants, page-ranked, limited and what is good for Google.
