i use chatgpt instead of my therapist so that i can tell her that she is helping me cope with my illness more than she actually is. i find it useful because:
1. i be in denial, chatgpt can draw on the entire internet and a plethora of medical journals and tell me to keep on keeping on. 2.when i ask it to cite its sources, it doesnt get offended because they're a doctor and im not.
3.in the same way, if i tell it that i have heard contradictory, it will re-asses without ego.
you can tell it to skip the goading in the beginning of every response.
