Simply make DEEP Cops, i.e. AI police (virtual). First of all crackdown of these fakes on social media should be Social Media platorm's responsibility, it is easy to make a counter AI which can detect deep fakes and flag them down, but obviously Social Media platforms just wanna earn $$$$ for profit and since they can't make money out of this, they will have to spend money for this counter , and they do earn billions of dollars but still they don't wanna do it. But the only way you can stop AI is through AI, AI will be unstoppable, while there will be laws for law abiding citizen like us, and we don't use AI for anything, but the criminals out there will misuse AI for everything and they are not gonna give shit to any law. I urge all companies to invest in AI tech and put the damn programmers behind it. It is now or never, or the internet as we know of today will be eventually be shutdown by the governments due to AI misuse, and as a result there will be no more or very restrictive internet, and there will be laws for internet, if we want to protect freedom on internet, then the big companies need to invest. Facebook, Amazon, Google, need to invest in AI cops as it is their responsibility. And it is not something impossible, it is infact very easy to create an AI which detect other AI. Like for eg: chatGPT, there are now AIs which detect whether text is copied from chatGPT or not. But obviously these things have to be integrated fully into the system. Even highcourts and such things should have these AIs for detection of other AIs. The government need to make a trust worthy , like a certificate of trust for AI cop technology, for example there is something called an estamp paper, similarly some thing eNotAnAI verified or something , like when we want to use a video as evidence in court. Right now it is all manual and have to rely on these specific details by observing very carefully. The government needs to get advanced with advancement in technology. In next 100 years earth will change drastically like it did in last 100 years.
