Terrible!
I was outraged the other day at the stupid AI that I was being forced to talk to through Verizon. I just finally kept telling the stupid thing NO and it finally put me with a human. I hate calling these places where it’s AI and then Indians that I can’t understand. I know of some drs offices whose call center is in INDIA!!!! Wth is wrong with them, just get a receptionist!!!! Can we keep jobs local anymore??? I’m over it, good luck to you ladies getting cut loose because of this failure of an idea. We all better think of something quick because there’s a lot of jobs at stake with this.😡
