Dead wrong. All surveys yield positive results. What happens is often that the people getting that deal take on part time work, then spend more time taking care of their business at home. In a way they're generally more productive as they spend less time worrying about how to make ends meet, or having to be at the mercy of their employer. Lots of people don't like it because it makes the working man more difficult to bully around in the workforce. Besides there are several solutions offered as to where the money should come from. Personal favourite is step based automation tax (0-10, no tax. 10-60, small tax. 60-85, a little bigger. 85-95, a little bigger. 95-100, big.)
