As for "time to do other things", that is ironically something I can relate to in a way I think allows me to answer your very valid followup question in a thoughtful way. That is, quite simply, I love creating and have big ambitions because of it...but just so happen to be in a position in my life that makes it effectively impossible to hire the help that one would typically hire for such projects. Things like, oh I don't know, developing an entire video game. AI could, in theory, save me from getting stuck in so-called learning hell where it's just a perpetual cycle of learning skill after skill after skill *just* because I care so much about the quality of my work actually being good. Obviously, how it is in theory and how it is in practice are two very different things most of the time, not to mention I'd refuse to use models that steal anyways, and I highly doubt there's any models out there *only* trained on material that isn't stolen. The only exception I can think of off the top of my head is Adobe and their massive library of stock photos, which is ultimately limiting in creative scope. Plus...AI was never really intended to be used for creative tasks. It was meant for practical ones that typically only have one or two correct ways of doing something. Art like drawings and sketches just isn't one of those things. *TLDR:* I have far too much time on my hands to just think and *really* need to make more friends.
