My experience with stuff like GPT 4 is that is can provide good output only under certain conditions: you have given it a high quality and detailed prompt, your prompt is about things that already exist or match things that already exist. The first is obvious but the second is a bit more subtle: suppose I ask ChatGPT to write a poem about a particular topic. It will do a fine job in rhyming, addressing a topic, etc. Now, I may ask it to write a freeform poem with no rhymes. It has a terrible conception of that, and its terrible at doing the opposite of it
