if you take the difference between organic and machine out of the equation the eyes are just cameras and brains just computers. we create art based on our knowledge of the world and what we've seen, even if it's other artists work. we use ours brains to copy colors, shapes, textures, etc. we even learn by directly copying either other artists or the real world (still Lifes). the only real difference is AI art can't initiate a piece, it needs a prompt in other words it cannot self motivate. One other difference is it cannot create a new original art style.
