Employers killed the bachelor’s degree long before AI by requiring 2 or more years experience for their entry level jobs. Then they started hiring immigrant labor through various visa programs like H1B cuz they said they didn’t have enough “qualified” candidates. Now AI is their next excuse for why they can’t find labor. F these guys and go into the trades.
