Race to the bottom sadly.
I think much like RTO was used get employees to leave, AI is sometimes a smokescreen for offshoring work.
Soft skills are great to have, but I think management roles are on borrowed time. Also current AI doesn't really do critical thinking, but I suspect it might in 10-20 years.
No crystal ball, I don't think anyone can have confidence in what the next 20 years will look like.
