This is something I am personally scared of. What is our leaders response when more and more high-paying jobs become taken with AI. Sure, jobs like doctors will still be occupied by people. However, what will happen when too many jobs are effectively eliminated when those jobs have to be maintained by an AI software maintenance job?
I do not believe society is honestly ready for that scenario.
