I'd highly recommend watching them or at least watch their AI videos and debunks. Since the first push for modern generative AI imagery they've been on it with talking about what works, what doesn't, how they are doing, how to spot it as AI, how to fall for being scammed or tricked. Very useful and helpful and their videos are also fun and enjoyable to watch on your lunch break
