I just want to start by saying thank you for such a clear and concise video on how AI generators work and how damaging they really are. I will be sharing this video with every one I know. "Anyone with stable diffusion could attempt to recreate your work, perhaps even improve it" what an absolutely cheeky 🤬 I honestly can't believe the entitlement these people think they have in this world. The audacity to, first of all, call themselves "AI Artists" when they're just thieves and then the audacity to tell artists who have worked for thousands of hours to get to where they are that their art is worthless, yet they want to create art in their style (?!?!?) As an artist who is hoping to create art full time, the whole AI image-generating model is a scary one. I have friends who have already had their art stolen, I haven't checked to see if any of mine has been stolen, but it just makes me worry about the fact less and less people will want to pay for art when they can make it like this for free. It also poses the question of what is real and what isn't? I've seen some REALLY convincing photographs created with AI and it just leaves a lot of things open to possible damaging imagery on a number of counts. But so long as we're all having this discussion openly and sharing the information, hopefully we can discourage people, show them the real value in real art and keep on putting food on the table as artists!
