No no, you see, you are my good sir the "misguided goober", the ai the brush, you the words and thus art, your words makes the ai do the work for you and.... uh i mean. The brain, uhh, your brain, it makes the... wait... uhh, i meant to say YOU are the camera and the ai the artist... wait... oh.
Note in his statement of the ai being the tool is wrong as in a sense he is the camera telling the ai what it sees and ai is the actual artist. This means that in terms that that guy is actually the one copyright infringing ok the ai artists work.
