Deepseek is correct and chatGPT are correct based on how you ask the question if you thought 9.11 and 9.9 which has more characters or digits then chatGPT would be correct deepseek is more universalky correct because most people when they get asked that question they think which number is bigger by numerical value btw 9.9 is bigger not 9.11 in numerical value
