You cannot defend AI with all the flaws of it not being art by definition, creativity and expression is something for living creatures. Let me put it like this, if i put microwave popcorn in a microwave, does that make me the same as an actual chef?
With also counting that this specific brand uses art without consent. People don't like having their things used in ways they don't want, and training AI is one of them. Are you really defending an industry dependent on a loophole?
