I've got different path in my career and developing skills.
It may sound amazing but I don't waste time debugging. I've managed to learn how to prove that complex stuff works as it should. Also I may take advantage of tools, architecture and processes that eliminates possibilities to certain types of bugs if I see that there is risk.
Instead I waste most of my time to understand requirements. Writing code is simple, AI makes it simpler already but to know what I should write takes time.
I'm not worried about AI as I know software developer job is really to understand stakeholder requirements and type it up to clean specification. Normal compiler itself is kind of AI itself.
