One argument that I’ve never heard debunked is the one of inherent motivation- AI does not have a biological imperative to survive at all. Could programme one maybe but no inherent cold hard need to find food water shelter, no drive or desire like living/biology gives which really comes from an awareness of death. It doesn’t have a fear of death cos it has no idea of life and probably never will.
