What happened is really tragic but you can't sue AI for what this kid was going through. It didn't bully him, it didn't encourage him to go through with this, it didn't force him to do anything. To a large degree, this was his parents fault for not paying close enough attention to what was going on in their kid's life. Blaming anyone else for it, let alone AI, is just there to make headlines and likely hopes for a payout.
