"Consider someone who can only communicate through voice." My guy, have you ever heard of this thing called music? Music is also a form of art and can even be done purely vocally. Art is a pretty broad spectrum of mediums beyond still images. Maybe armless Picasso wouldn't have necessarily been a painter, but maybe he'd have created another kind of art. These AI-bros have such a narrow naive understanding of what art even is.
