So I’m not sure about if I caught what was happening in this video but I think I know (I’m watching this and I’m some place loud) As a digital artist I can say proudly that ai “art” and digital are are FAR from being even remotely similar because digital art takes time and it’s very hard because you gotta figure out shading,what you’re gonna draw,how to draw it,and a lot of other stuff and some may argue that we have tools like undo, symmetry,smudge,and blur and stuff like that but that doesn’t make that anything like AI “art” cause it still takes time out of our day and that tools make it the tiniest bit easier but it’s hard nonetheless and AI “art” and AI “artist” can make anything with the click of a button and it really does not help real artists with their jobs and I don’t mind if people use ai but I’m just saying that you shouldn’t claim it as your own and on the topic of traditional art vs digital art well… Even though digital art has all these fancy tools to help you make art traditional art has some of the (relatively) the same stuff like rulers,erasers,smudging,and references and even if we got some extra stuff to help us both types are still hard to master digital art doesn’t instantly make art way easier or better with less effort like I said before it’s still hard so please respect both traditional and digital artists (and now that AI “artists” aren’t really artists) I wanna add something! Digital art does have some downfalls like your program shutting down or (for my fellow iPad pencil users) your Apple Pencil getting lost or breaking or you’re at school and you can’t use it or you can’t find a good brush to use or you lose your progress and many other things
