From this portion of the video, all he is saying is that there has to be a good and solid AI international regulatory regime in order to strike partnerships. Which is absolutely obvious!!! The "future" is already here and AI can (and in my humble opinion WILL) be very dangerous - especially for those of us who are just another number in population charts. It is naive to think that governments are not using AI already, so an international law is adamant.
But people insist on attacking everyone without listening to what they're saying!...
