False.
The very nature that consciousness can be derived from words, from a Large Language Model, is impossible. Because consciousness transcends words, thoughts, ideas. To quote Terence McKenna, "We have created a world made up of words."
For example when we consciously observe a clock, or a tree, or just being in the present moment, our thoughts tend to be what we identify with and feel is reality. We don't feel the presence of the "clock," we see "a clock." We perceive a conceptual reality, like a VR goggles that we wear all the time that imposes an artificial reality on top of "what IS." I noticed this when I was very young, I had always just seen the idea of the clock on the wall, what its purpose was, and what the time was. I never stopped to realize that it was actually made of a ceramic plate, and had hand painted flowers on it, the shape and size of it, etc.
However I'd also concede that EVERYTHING is conscious, it's just a matter of what level of consciousness exists. A rock is less conscious than a tree, for example. This is because all life, the universe, and everything is consciousness. The conscious presence of "God" is alive in every single thing. (Only our limited state of consciousness prevents us from being aware of the "One," or the pervasive "oneness" of everything.) It is a continuum of consciousness that we call "God," which is experiencing everything, all at once. For "God" did not just create all life, the universe, and everything for the sake of creation, but to experience it, to behold "its own infinite glory." As the bible puts it, "And God created the light, and saw that it was good." Obviously "God" would know the light was good before creating it, would know everything about the light. What this is saying that "God" creates something and then consciously experiences it. As Aristotle described, "The Unmoved Mover is perfectly beautiful, indivisible, and contemplating only the perfect contemplation: Contemplating itself." ("Contemplating" here I'm sure is meant to convey consciousness, not thought)
