Most of these AI learn from your art, but they don't save or reference it. In fact, other artists more directly reference your art than any AI. I do believe it's a good idea to push for laws and regulations that protect the creative field from being overtaken by AI, however it is not by any means a violation of copyright law. With copyright, an AI company is just as protected in it's ability to reference your art as any student.
