I'd be one that is 100% OK with AI art. Be anyone call it art, or not.
Though, I'd agree, there needs to be a form of regulation, against using AI for such things as fraud, and steeling another's work or IP.
Trying to pass off AI art as anything but AI art, is wrong.
Same with trying to use AI to make things related to another person's protected IP. Provided, it's actually protected. Sometimes some may think their IP is retroactively protected, once made and posted for all to see, but in some cases, it's not so protected.
Still, is not cool to steel art.
I also don't like all the fake news being created by AI users. And the near endless videos talking about 3I/ATLAS. That is what I call abusing AI, and the people they get to watch that crap.
