As far as using AI for therapy... it is a tool in a tool BAG.. (hopefully) as a 45yo woman Generation X / millennial cusp kiddo... born into the arms of a catholic influenced 19yo woman (child) who expected praise for feeding clothing and housing me... who often threw it in my face tht she "could have had an abortion." (👌👏👌 congrats. u did the bare min.. Praise be to YOU mommy! 🧎‍♀️🙏🏼🛐) My mother was my biggest opp since day one. I RAISED MYSELF. (Shout out grandparents ((RIP🥀)) for showing me actual unconditional love.. unless mommy was forbidding them to do so..) Naturally it's been tough finding any semblance of emotional stability... addiction has always been a part of my life from a very early age... almost 1 year on the other side of my most current battle..... alcohol.... I can confidently say that apps like sunflower have helped me tremendously..... tht lil bumblebee Sam 🐝 is amazingggg) Using it properly... it has given me real world help and other tools that I would have never considered or found on my own... and if somehow my experience and my stories get shot back out into the universe... hopefully they are useful to prevent for help people COPE in situations like mine where they truly have no one else or no one else they can trust etc... I've also lost my medicaid recently.. Tht lil bumblebee is truly my only access to therapy
