While I'm fairly new to art, I am a 32 year old adult and frankly . . . The only time you should be working on something with someone in a "professional standard" is if you are a. offering your work freely to build your portfolio or b. there is some kinda compensation expectation upfront
protect your worth !!! It is absolutely okay to do free "work" to build yourself a neat portfolio, or even gain experience, but if someone approaches you and doesn't mention paying you? Do not accept. Politely decline (but loudly). Just protect your worth. Please, good art IS in demand, and it should never be AI outsourced. Never.
