Through the years I figured out that China got nothing yet when telling, similar to the US marketing tactics. But it works. This way development funds are flooding in and at the end there is really something. DW makes the same mistakes and thinking that big names giving credibility to something, remember all these big names are build on the same trick play, promoted blindly because of publicity income. Now the entire buzz about AI started when it still is, was and working like ML and because of superficialities opening the gates of endless polemic's up to the question if a tunafish can is going to bite you back. AI without hardware infrastructure is not even out of experimental stage.
