Pretty sure this is inteded to be inflammatory. They're capitalizing on the rage that artists and writers are feeling about AI. Personally I think it's silly to be scared of an AI taking work from artists. First of all, they can't compete with our imagination and creative implementation, second they'll always need a human to vet their results and clean up their hallucinations. Third, they aren't self-maintaining and need people to create them in the first place. People really over-estimate how good AI is. It's not good, and its never going to be as good as people make it out to be.
