On a positive note: why do we need jobs to begin with? We can shift the whole paradigm. AI does the work it's capable of doing - frees humans to be organically creative, spontaneous, and supporting ecological life, building communities, and espousing sustainable lifestyles (think pre-industrial tribal living). We are thinking in old paradigms while AGI is ushering in a new era.
