The US needs to create a FEDERAL AI AGENCY similar to the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and the world leaders needs to create THE WORLD AI AGENCY similar to WORLD BANK, WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION etc. These US and WORLD agencies would bring these EXPERTS AND all other STAKEHOLDERS to a table to discuss and design the BEST way to manage AI for the WORLD, similar to CARS, AIRPLANES, BOMBS, NUCLEAR WEAPONS, etc. The decision is for US humans to make similar to previous INVENTIONS.
