The faces don't even look alike. Just look at the brows. Maybe facial recognition should only be used as an aid with a trained human who authenticates that all facial features match. And even then the identification should not be used as evidence. With a comparison photo it's easy for humans to point out the minute differences. Facial recognition software is limited. For him to even be arrested on this "evidence" alone is ludicrous.
