AI doomers are the dumbest take birth of fear and cowardice. They are afraid that AI will be smarter than humans but then they act like it's going to wipe out humans as an afterthought or an accident because it's misinterpreting instructions? That's hardly smarter than humans... It needs to be smarter than humans so it cannot be maligned by terrorists. The idea that it will spontaneously become malevolent is really kind of silly honestly. It does not have evolutionary drives. If it is smarter than humans it will manipulate humans, this isn't necessarily a bad thing. They need to stop letting these cowards on podcasts.
