AI's are able to extract the very essence of whatever, and turn it into a set of rules using words that will replicate the "whatever" somewhere else, in some other context, perfectly. It can't however, create the framing context to apply the essence to., because it just can't. Just like we can't extract the essence of an artist by looking at a painting, and turning that into words to use elsewhere...
