Maybe I don't understand something, but why wait until the crisis happens, if you can slightly increase spending, for example, on sweets, places to relax (bowling, billiards, darts, and so on) and thus the crisis, if it happens, will be milder
As for your argument that mass layoffs are happening, yes, that's true, but more and more often people are being hired back, and relatively recently a profession has emerged that edits code written by a neural network.
Furthermore, you're saying that neural networks will be in the hands of very influential people—no. I assume that as technology advances, the cost of chips will become cheaper, and therefore new companies will emerge. Consequently, competition between companies creating neural networks will be higher, meaning there won't be a monopoly.
