Tech bros and their companies want to call their LLMs "AI", despite not being an Artificial Intelligence. I want a way to differentiate between an actual AI entity like LT CMD Data, 2B, The Terminator, the AIs from Talos Principal, and/or any actual AI we end up developing from the glorified chat bots used to make our lives under capitalism even worse. Clanker seems harmless enough but all the other slurs people are coming up with just feel like safe racism. But it might just be better to call it slop than come up with slurs.
