The issue with taking jobs is enough but the problem is safety. The vehicles we drive now have plenty of electronics that fail when we are operating the vehicle. What happens when a driverless semi has an issue in traffic and has no operator to shut the truck down to avoid crashing and killing other drivers on the road?
