As an artist myself, I am happy seeing this ai “artist” whining about his “art” not getting copyright protection. Good on the people who made that choice. Also, you know what would be funny. If someone redrew his “painting” with actual paintbrushes, pencils, etc and then copyrighted it. I would love to see that, especially Jason’s reaction
