I've actually tried to consult with ChatGPT on a few things and it's practically a mirror of what you are saying, very little contradiction with your own perception, but that's actually a good tool if you're looking to vent and let out some emotions. But don't actually take advance from it because it's usually just presented very well yet without substance. Imagine that all the psychology avaliable to the AI is basically information found online that's usually used to make you interested, just luring you in, into buying books and courses, not to actually get your answers. But again, If you're looking to get emotional, get out some steam. Go for it
