I 100% agree, I have been having this discussion a lot. Since i have been asked to automate more job positions which im strongly against. Alot of people will end up without a job and by all means we could for example even make farms run by them selfs and we could technically make food free, I just dont see that happening. People just end up in poverty. This is an real concern which should be spoken about especialy in politics. Alot of people also are deadly unaware what this new tech is actually capable off, I spoken with lawyers and suchs, I constantly tell them well if AI is already quite capable for something as complex as software engineering, What chances do you have? Some people also say that ai cant build houses, It absolutely can design the architecture and plans give it a robot to control and it will build you a house. The things that it cant do now it can be trained for.
