I think “minors” means simple here, or extra characters, not actual minors but i could also be wrong.
Also, this is just an average repost account, nothing new. The AI-fication is clear as day, there are many accounts who repost hand-drawn and AI art (with and without knowing its AI) on all platforms…. And yes it is common for repost accounts to have this many followers if what they post looks nice and catches people’s eyes.
