Using copyright data for your AI can only for personal/experimental models (with more data you can have a better look if the model can do it.). if you what to use the model for commercial use, you should retrain the model with copyright free or owned data (data you payed for the copyright).
Also making art is a lot harder for a AI, than making music.
! More data means better AI. so they collect more data, but if the dataset says only for experimental use, you should use it only for experimental use cases !
