The claim in this video is that AI is eliminating entry-level jobs that do not require human judgement with examples such as "data entry, transcription, and content moderation tasks" and thereby preventing new graduates from gaining the experience necessary to advance to mid-level roles. But, exactly how do such tasks help anyone advance in their career in the first place? What necessary training was being provided in roles that required no human judgement? You don't need to dig holes with a spoon before you dig them with a shovel or a bulldozer!
