The timeline seems a little aggressive to me. I agree that the technology could progress quickly to make everything he is saying possible, but building the infrastructure for networking, server farms, electricity grids, manufacturing, supply lines, scale of production, etc., is going to take a lot more time. Sure, a millionaire could potentially hire a robot to do plumbing in 3-4 years, but all the other factors to make this possible in developed countries will take additional years IMHO. The developing and underdeveloped countries where labor is cheaper and the infrastructure is poor or barely exists will take even more time. I can't see robots replacing all occupations until the mid 2030s in developed countries because of the factors outside of technology.
