it's not that surprising really, just because the test isn't published doesn't mean web crawling bots haven't already ingested the data. Thats what they do all day long. So one of the important questions we need to ask is, who is providing the data that it's drawing it's answers from? Do you want that sourced from a salesman who makes a commission if you buy based on what he said, or from an engineer, research scientist or some form of bias free factual data?
If you wouldn't give your bank account information to a Nigerian Prince who wishes to discuss an urgent matter of 10 Million dollars, why would you trust AI to scour the internet and make health diagnosis based on random articles it finds?
