i guess the only way how not keep the AI extinct the human and all other spices is to build willingly or by inevitable design an AI that depends on physical resources. That way it'll be in its interest keep some other kinds around like humans do with other species.
As if the other species on the planet would not be beneficial to us/humans in some sense, we would extinct them already too, which we do.
aside::In general the AI will not have a chance to get that level as we will missus its power sooner then it will reach that level. i suppose.
