I hate how people call it "AI art". No, its not art. Thank you so much LavenderTown for calling it what it is, images. It's not real art, sure it looks like art, but it's just images generated by a computer. Art is a concept that computers will never be able to grasp because art is an expression of the self. Computers don't have a self, they don't have a soul, they have algorthisms and data. Every single piece of that has ever been created by a human has had love, time, and so much emotion poured into it, many artists pour so much of their heart and soul into pieces of beautiful works. Art is so important culturally and historically. Having AI generate crappy images is an insult to all artists from all periods of time. It's so unfortunate that many people don't understand why AI is such a big problem. I don't want to point fingers, but I find that it's mostly non-artists that don't have a problem, mainly because it's not their beloved hobby or job that's being threatened.
I loved this video so much, thank you. I will definitely be telling more artists about poisoning their work and about nightshade.
